Tag, You're it!

For our intermediate project, Hunter and I decided to create a new take on the classic schoolyard game, Tag. To this day, the "Tag, you're it" sensation is still the go-to game of children everywhere, and what better way to amp it up than by taking gameplay from foot to vehicle.

That's right, we proudly present to you BikeTag!

Now, participants chase each other on bikes rather than on foot. Each bike has a magnetized tag arm on the front and a sensor arm with a hall effect sensor on the back. When a player is tagged, a buzzer mounted on the bike's handle bar emits a tone to inform the player that he or she has essentially been tagged out by another player.
